Terrible service

I did not receive this item. I called a few times with terrible customer service. All they said was their supplier was having issues. I finally asked for a refund and purchased it from another vendor. ….. I had ordered a size that would not fit my machine. When I ordered from the new vendor they called/text and Emailed me to let me know and fixed the issue before they even sent it to me. SII would have sent me the wrong one!! I am not very impressed with SII customer service and help with learning the machine.
