Can a replacement Watch Strap enhance the Look of a "Hot Watch"?

I recently purchased a new watch. [Protek Carbon Composite Dive, Model PT1216, USMC, Automatic watch (officially licensed by the United States Marine Corp (USMC) ). I love the NATO style straps and the James Bond is my favourite look. So I added a new strap to my new watch.
