Always great service until this time

I could not order two Dark Roast coffees and so I called your facility. The gentleman said that he would attach a note to my order to send two bags of Dark Roadt. I also attached a note into my order wanting two bags of Dark Roast. I did not get two bags of Dark Roast. This is where the problems arose. I called and was told I would get a call right back. Never heard back. Two days later I called again. I was told that two Dark Roast bags is not an option. I explained that I was told differently. That gentleman had to hang up and talk to a manager. He called back and again tried to explain that they can’t send two Dark Roast bags. I again explained that I would not have ordered the gift box if that was the case, but that I was told something very different by someone at your company. Finally, after getting a little more adamant the gentleman conceded to sending a bag of Dark Roast. I donated the extra bag to the food pantry. Having a policy is one thing but it needs to be explained to all at Koffee Kult and customer service in this case was sorely lacking.
