The mesquite honey is purchased is outstanding. I use it in my coffee and in cooking. Love this product.

Love the honey!; however, it came fairly solid - so how do I make it smooth ( not sure what proper terms are as I almost never have honey - yours was a gift and I was extremely pleased with it when I tasted it!) Microwave? Or do I have to use it as it is?
