Craftsmanship and materials are top of the line. Customer service is even better. 5 stars all day long. There was an issue with the first order which did turn out to be my fault and there was a lot of confusion. Instead of leaving me hanging or ignoring the issue it was handled in the most professional way possible. I’m a firm believer that any company can shine when things are going good but only the good ones can continue to shine when issues present themselves no matter which end they come from (customer or company.) This time the issue was my fault and once the misunderstanding was corrected we still went forward with our additional transaction. Not everyone has the patience or professionalism to deal with these issues. This company is the real deal. 5 stars and a public apology for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience caused.
