Terrible Order Quality Contro and Customer Service. I ordered 3 Dwarven Forge candles and was promised a free Candle Care Kit as part of my purchase benefits. What I received was 1 Dwarven Forge candle and 1 Alloy and Ember candle that I did not order. So. Ordered 3 candles and promised a gift item. Received 1 candle that I ordered, 1 candle I did not order, and no gift item. Net loss of 2 items thst I ordered at $28.70 each. I created a return request 8 days ago and have had no response. Absolutely terrible Quality Control and Customer Service.

I love the whole concept and sultry scent of Dwarven Forge. I just wish it was a little stronger smelling when the candles smell is burning.

Eventhough it's only 8oz,it feels like its a 32 oz candle! The smell is that vivid and incredible!
