Very comfortable, unique design and the robe sash is at the waist! Had other bathrobes before were the sash was high waisted, uncomfortable, pressure on your stomach.

Headache of an Experience

I purchased this robe and was super surprised and pleased at how quickly I got a shipping notification. I was super excited about my order as I have been looking for a comfy lightweight robe for a while now. However, when it arrived the packaged had my name and address on the front but someone else’s robe and order sheet… the company clearly made a bone headed mistake by putting the robe in the wrong shipping bag. When I inquired about this they just said sorry and that they were shipping me a new one. Totally fine response! Until they said “Please do get that other robe in the mail today, if possible.”….I am not the one who made this mistake so I’m not sure why their response was to TELL ME when I needed to plan a trip to the post office. Came off as very rude and inconsiderate and was just a headache. Will not be purchasing or supporting this company in any way due to the unprofessional nature of that whole experience.
