While I have no doubt these helped with my vitamin C deficiency at first eventually they did me a fair amount of harm. Please be aware that if you have a slow COMT pathway the choline they use to bind the absorbic acid can cause real issues and vastly exaggerate various mental health variations/bring on new issues.
