Best handbag purchase of my life!

I’m obsessed with this bag, I’ve been able to carry my work laptop and other heavy things and it is so sturdy. The customer service was amazing - I ordered the wrong coloured handles and they checked in (with photos of the colours together!) before making the bag to make sure I was happy. They were ok with a little back and forth too and we’re responsive each time. I’m so happy with the final product.
