Despite bad luck, I am amazed!

The ring is beautiful, I actually ordered it after losing an older one of mine that was in a similar style. But, unfortunately it has a line on the bottom that makes it incredibly fragile, and I can't wear it without fear of it snapping since it almost functions like a joint in the metal where it can bend. I am updating this review to bring to light this shops INCREDIBLE customer service and quick replies, and to add on that I've received a replacement ring where the band is much more sturdy and entirely intact, and just as beautiful. I can't say I've gotten better service elsewhere, and I can confidently say that if I need a new ring in the future this will be one of my first places to look.
