This is my fourth one - hope she never stops making it!

Cut didn’t look anything like pictured, so returned

Color is all wrong, hair is shorter than previous wigs

I am very disappointed. I have bought several (5!) of these wigs in the Salt & Pepper color. Previous wigs have had a nice amount of the silver color, but this wig looks basically medium brown, almost no highlights. I would be embarrassed to wear it, after having worn the highlighted ones for a couple of years. Also, the hair is noticeably shorter than the other ones, although that doesn't bother me nearly as much as the dark color. I have gotten TWO of these wigs which came much too dark. I thought the first one was a fluke, but this second one is also much darker. Ellen Wille quality control is slipping??
