I liked using the die. Very nicely made. And the individual pieces have plenty of area whether 1" wide or 2" wide. I'd be interested if you changed two things. And I'd be happy to test it if y'all redo the form. The arch could be narrower and the angle edge within the die form needs to be a little more deeper. After extruding, the individual test pieces were a little bottom heavy. And the first 4-6 inches of each initial extrusion pulled away severely on the footed side. So, I had to reclaim every 4-6 inches. I'm also extruding from a NorthStar wall extruder.
