Pretty good eye cream - love the ingredients

I'm a big fan of Neocutis' products and have slowly been shifting from other brands to theirs. After using skinceuticals A.G.E. eye complex for awhile and feeling like it did not do anything for brightening or moisturizing, I decided to shift over. This is their thicket eye cream from the Neocutis line. I tend to be extremely dry in my eye area and soak up most products pretty quickly. This keeps me moisturized throughout the day and there is clearly an instant brightening effect around the eye. I do apply this on the eyelid as well with no irritation and I have extremely sensitive skin. I'm taking off one star because I don't feel it has done anything for fine lines/thin eye skin but hopefully that will come with time.
