Disappointed with customer service

I purchased 2 regularly priced bulk items totaling $180. Checking out was giving me problems with my code and it didn’t end up taking my code and processed my payment. I immediately sent a message to the website and an email notifying them about not being able to use the code. Of course I wanted to save a few dollars, but also give credit to the persons code I was trying to use. I got one response from their chat now saying codes can’t be used on clearance. Clearly they didn’t read my message. I replied immediately and again gave all info and said I didn’t buy any clearance items. I never got a response back, even when I messaged back the next day. I never got a response to my email either. I have spent a lot of money here with plans to continue doing so, but there are many other rhinestone companies I can chose from who might value their customers better than I was treated here.

Beautiful Transparent Rhinestones

My first time buying these particular stones. I wanted to do a new project using a tumbler wrap & thought these would be a great choice. Since I always buy my rhinestones from here, I took a leap & bought them in bulk. Becreateful never disappoints! I love them! I will definitely be buying more!
