Improvement Needed but Glad to Have it

Very weak signal requires you to buy multiple per floor and still the signal is unreliable. Does not integrate at all with Apple Home app. Lastly, the cost is very high considering you have to buy multiple hubs. I gave it a three rating because it’s the only option and I am glad to have them. On average the daily operation is good.

Installation Problems

I had problems configuring my Pulse 2 (this is my second one), I called support and they said I needed to unplug all my Apple TVs. That didn't help at all. I finally got it working by not following your instructions.

Works great with Alexa

Set up easily and I love having my shades set to adjust based on time or day. Integration with Alexa and voice control is also convenient.
