I Heart Pearls Gold Engravable Pendant Necklace

I was disappointed with what I received. In the photo, it had two initials showing on one side to signify Valentine sweethearts. When I put in the initials thinking I would get the same thing, I thought I was putting in which initial would be first, then second, not realizing it was initial on the front of the heart and back of the heart. There was no proofing to show how it would appear. I ordered a second, different necklace hoping I'll get what I wanted this time. The heart on this necklace is thinner than what I expected.
