Shipped late without notice, came too big

The shipping had no updates for weeks until I had to contact them. Then they explained it was out if stock because the item is sourced from a stockist. Then why was it shown to be in stock online? They could've explained to me or notified me that it would be late. Next, the ring arrived. I ordered a size 5, I already checked their size guide. It came too big. Checked with different measurements, including their own size guide, it was a size 5.5. I contacted them about this, no reply. Shame!
