CaJohns Ghost Pepper (Jolokia) Puree

One of my favorite “Eatin sauces.” The flavor of the chili comes through nicely. It’s fairly hot.

My favorite “eating sauce.” A big drop on a wheat thin is the perfect heat snack. You can really taste the Fruity Bhut. The heat is tamed just enough that it doesn’t kill my taste buds (still very nicely hot).
