Colombia [Light/Med Roast]

Espresso Bay for the win.

I bought this Colombia light–medium roast thinking, “cool, coffee.” What I got was a full-on personality upgrade in a bag. First sip? Bright, smooth, a little citrusy, like my taste buds just got a TED Talk. Second sip? I’m suddenly the kind of person who says things like “notes of chocolate” and actually means it. By cup two, I’m 83% sure I could open a boutique café or at least judge one confidently. It’s not that aggressive, burn-your-soul espresso vibe. This is the friend who wakes you up gently, makes you question your life choices (in a good way), and somehow convinces you to be productive before 9am. Bonus: I made it for guests and now they think I have my life together. I do not. But this coffee is carrying the brand. 10/10 would let this bean improve my personality again.
