Nice print but could use improvements

This is my first fat head order. The shipping speed was fat when I chose expedited and the print quality is great. The wood stick is unable to support the fat head as the wood is too small. We needed to buy our own pieces of wood so we could hold the sign for our child's graduation. I expected a large wood stick and that's not the case. Consider this when purchasing a this increased our cost for effective use.

Superb service and product

I reached out twice to customer service for questions and was responded to with an answer with a great turnaround time. My order was placed, proofs came, approved proofs and then on to print. So easy! Received my order pretty quickly and loved the quality of the product. Thank you fathead!!

Good but not great

I ordered 2 fatheads. I sent 2 different pictures and chose 2 different sizes. The smaller is great! Good clarity and looks nice. The bigger one is very pixelated and the stick that came with it is way too short to handle the size. It will be flapping all over the place if I don’t figure something else out. If I had to do over again, I would order both smalls.
