I ordered via the website - I did receive a confirmation of the order from the website-but I never received an email confirmation of the order, I never received an email notifcation of shipment. I called the shop, spoke with a very nice person who did inform me that the order was received and in process and that I would receive an email notification of shipment - I did not receive that email. However, the item was shipped a couple of weeks earlier than I had been expecting which was wonderful. I installed the item in my pond, it has been working great - I like the product very much - I give the product 5 stars, but overall 4 stars because I did not receive any notification of order confirmation or shipment via email as I had been led to believe
