I use these bolsters for my students in my Yin classes. I’ve been using them personally for many years. They hold their shape well yet offer the right amount of support. The removable covers are great to be able to wash and keep everything fresh. Highly recommend.

Bought for recovery

I bought this to go under my knees to aid with sleeping on my back which I will have to do for recovery from an upcoming surgery, as sleeping on my back usually gives me lower back pain. The bolster is well constructed, dense, but very light (when I picked up the box I was worried they’d sent empty packaging!) It arrived very quickly. It’s nice also to have the range of colours to choose from. It’s exactly what I wanted.
