iKonix Cylinder-Bed Lockstitch Sewing Machine (includes table, stand, & servo motor)

Less than a week after I received my purchase, this item went on sale from 1399.99 to $1049.99. This is my 2nd unit from them and my last due to the company representative responding to me in a negative manner because I asked for a price adjustment. There are several sites that have similar equipment and a third of the price; there customer service representatives are better too. I did like that speed of the delivery; received it before the estimated delivery date. The machine itself is decent; wish the little pegs on the binder plate were detachable (but you can move it out of the way). The chain for the foot lifter is kind of poor; it will snap. I have been able to stitch 16 layers of denim. Must hold threads behind walking foot or top thread will get caught in the plate mechanism.

KS-335a is a beast!

I don't know why I waited so long to order this, but I'm glad I did because I got it on sale! They are in south Florida, close to Miami, and I am in South Carolina, and it arrived in 3 days. I did purchase the shipping insurance, because you never know right? The boxes arrived in perfect condition. For the machine, it was packed in very thick formed styrofoam, along with other parts. That was placed in a tight box, then packed in yet another box that was filled to the max with packing peanuts. The table was packed in a similar fashion. I suspect the motor kit was a third party item, but it was packed extremely well also. Nothing was missing, nothing was broken, and ran as smooth as butter on hot toast. Tip: You will want to use the white belt that is included with the table, not the black one that come with the motor. Overall, I am very very impressed with the machine, and I have been pushing it on my YouTube channel. Now I have to find a suitable binding attachment for it, but that just takes some research. Speaking on YouTube channels, please watch the 4 very well produced videos on this machine from Ricoma. I watched all 4 about six times, and even more while I was waiting on it to arrive. They explain everything you need to know to put this together - it's really not hard, but give yourself a few hours, and just pay attention and go slow. I highly reccommend this machine, and Ricoma.
