Eye Line | Long Wear Retractable Pencil

It's excellent - so much so I think this is my third purchase?! Which I guess speaks for itself, lovely smooth application and good colour thank you.

I’ve tried alot of eyeliners, many of which don’t glide on especially the pencils, I’m a mature lady 65 and my son is getting married soon so I wanted something that will last the day, I saw Liz Earle’s instagram posts and decided to try Delilah and I am very pleased with it, thank you
