I paid almost a grand and it doesn’t hold a charge. No one from customer service is getting back to me about this as I want a refund

Shipping was extraordinarily quick, just a couple of days. Was able to use HSA for qualified health condition. Been using about 5 weeks …. Not seen any changes yet in hair loss or new growth. But 3 months the standard wait to see if red light therapy is successful.
