Thermal leggings

I bought these for a trip to Colorado. High waisted and warm! Love them!

Warm!

These are fabulous! They are very warm, and good to layer under joggers. They are less stretchy than other leggings, so I sized up. I am not tall, 5'4", and they are a bit long on me, but I don't mind my ankles covered when it is cold. I like them so much that I own them in five colors.
