No customer reply and frayed hat

I purchased 21st Decided to return the blue hat, checked the hat I had kept to find frayes, I sent 2 emails with pics and left 2 phone messages, telling them about the problem , I have had no reply !!!! Decided to cut the hat with the scissors myself to sort it out

i have not used the hat yet, but am very happy with it. I had messaged the company about matching an outfit and they responded with images of possible matches, one of which i then chose. Definitely recommend this company and the hat is beautiful.

Loved my Dusky Pink Hat

Excellent service. The Hat I originally ordered arrived very quickly. However, it had a much larger brim that I thought from the photo. I quickly got in touch with Weddinghats4u and spoke with Michelle. She suggested another still which I ordered and it came in time for the wedding I was attending. I returned the first hat and was delighted with my new hat.
