Received Wrong Book

I received a book that's not even related to real estate investing. I'm sorely disappointed. My first transaction with biggerpockets and I feel like I was scammed. It feels like biggerpockets is one of those website which promises you wealth and retirement but all they do is to keep scamming every dollar out of you, yet they keep gift you that keep working hard, one day one day you'll become a millionaire.
