Exactly as described. It would be even better if they sold them as individually rather than in pairs because I only needed one, but I knew that before ordering and am very happy with my purchase.

I love the look of these so much but they are sharp! They dig into my skin especially at night. I usually don't take off my teeny tiny jewelry for my ears when I go to bed but these actually catch on my pillow when I lay on a side. I bought these specifically, so I don't have to take them off at night but now I have to. Nevertheless, I adore how well made these are and super cute for my 3rd hole in my ear. Happy costumer!
