Received broken jewelry

It was broken & over threaded when I received it. It broke when I tried to unscrew it. Return/refun policy isn't worth the hassle.

I thought the back is what screw into the post. It is the jewel end that screws into the post and that isn't what I wanted. Other than that, it is pretty jewelry.

Unable to open

I purchased several items from this site. I can’t wear any of them. I couldn’t get this item or a lot of hoops to open and the other items (nose ring and ear hoops) were so tiny I couldn’t even wear them. I will attempt to return them all.
