Fantastic service!

I ordered this item from the United States as a gift even though the postal cost was very high (more than the cost of the item itself). I received an email a few days later saying that the postal cost was very high and that they had managed to lower that cost for me significantly. Plus that the sculpture would arrive sooner than it had originally said when I placed the order. And the note, which was quite long, was so polite and considerate. I was really impressed!
