Ethical company - yay!

I was buying a replacement for a sculpture I loved which had been a gift but which I knocked over and broke. It arrived quickly, carefully wrapped, and with a lovely hand-written note. There were also leaflets about the ethics of the company included, which made me very pleased that I'd decided to buy this item from therm as I could have gone to 4 or 5 different sellers.

Arrived in perfect condition and in good time. Very pleased is a gift.
