Canadian Uni Sea Urchin

I was nervous about ordering sea urchin as it's my first time to try it but wow, it was creamy and tasty! Product arrived on time and still frozen so separated a couple of pieces to defrost and put the rest in the freezer. Tasted amazing with stir fried noodles!!! Exceeded expectations! Thank you 🙏

Pretty amazing

I want to caution others about this product—it’s frozen sea urchin, not fresh. The ads and description do not mention that it is frozen at all. If I had known, I definitely wouldn’t have purchased it, especially at this price. I assumed it was fresh since it costs £30. The taste is vastly different from fresh Canadian sea urchin; this one lacks flavor. I cannot recommend this product.
