No Customer Service
Extremely disappointing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Could not get a text, email or phone call returned. Do not sell high end fabric and provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead of generating automatic surveys, generate a live response within 24 hours as promised on your website. I made purchase only because my upholsterer needs more fabric--otherwise I would not shop with this service again.
