Most mornings, I grind up the beans for an espresso made with this lovely smelling and tasting coffee. The scent is undeniably there, but not overpowering when grinding this bean and leaves me thinking of the banana breads I used to have with my morning coffee. Now I can cut the calories and get all the same endorphins!
