Angelus Neon Color Kit | Complete 12-Color Paint Set

Amazing!!

The colors stand out and last long . I’ve got a lot of compliments on my sneaker customs using this neon paint kit. This is definitely worth it.

Not Beginner Friendly

I’ve been struggling to get the paint to not be splotchy despite several thin coats. I can still see the white showing through. This was only an issue with the darker colors for me personally. The neon yellow went on as I would expect, only 3-4 thin coats but the neon green and neon pink are in their seventh and sixth coat respectively and the pigments are still struggling to cover up the white underneath. Maybe I didn’t strip enough of the finish off and this is user error but be advised that the material it is being applied to may cause your mileage to vary. I’m hoping this is something I did wrong and why I feel a middle of the road three stars is fair. I’m generally a very crafty person that follows the instructions closely so a less experienced person might feel that there is a much larger learning curve to making sure the application of the paint is correct. Again, this could be a situation where I did something wrong so I doing think it’s fair to give a lower rating in account of my own mistakes in handling and applying the product.
