Vintage 70's 44" Thrush Outsider Sidepipe Chambered Muffler Replacement (pair)

Have not been ready to install them yet, as I am planning on insulating them VERY well before mounting them in the side pipe tubes- hoping to end up able to touch the pipes while running without burning legs, hands, etc. They DO appear to be very well made (far better than the original muffler inserts for these Thrush Outsiders ever were when new) and while they are not cheap, like most things in life you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. Thanks, and so far I would recommend them if you have a set of these vintage side pipes and are wanting that mid-1970s vibe for your street machine, custom van, or other hot rod. These pipes will go good with the vintage Crager S/S wheels on my 1972 Gran Torino, and hopefully will sound as good as they look with the 351C-4V running through them.

68 Corvette thrush sidepipes

Perfect replacement mufflers for my Thrush Outsider pipes, these will probably be on this 68 for a long long time. Great customer service and fair pricing for such great quality.
