Happy but......

Overall I was happy with my purchase. I got what I ordered at a good price. But I was a bit disappointed with the time it took for delivery especially when I paid extra for two day delivery. It took over a week to receive my order. After I placed my order and didn't receive my Ever-Hot tank in a few days I called Drinking Well to find out why. The person I spoke to was helpful and polite. But he explained that they were waiting for the tank to arrive in their warehouse before they could ship it. There was no mention that the item wasn't in stock and in their warehouse when I placed the order. There was no mention it might take a week or so for me to receive the tank. Drinking Well needs to update their website to provide this type of information. If it is going to take a week to ship let the buyer know upfront.
