Natural Rainbow Obsidian Protection Bracelet

My bracelet came broken & virtually fell apart after putting in on. The plastic wiring keeping the obsidian together had already snapped & was unwinding before I even got it delivered. I emailed the support team regarding a refund or to have another bracelet shipped however I heard nothing back.

I bought several pieces and this one is the only one that I am happy with. The craftsmanship is decent.
