Excellent customer service from Henry James. I originally purchased an XL size for my horse but it was too big and as it was a custom order I thought it would be a problem changing it. However, there was no problem at all, it was exchanged with no issues.

Beautiful Browband

I brought a HJ bridle last year which I love! There was one thing missing, a sparkly browband! It arrive super quickly and it is beautiful! Now my bridle is complete!
