Fuji Spray Mini-Mite 4 PLATINUM

Completed my first ever painting project 3 weeks ago using the Fuji Spray Mini-Mite 4 PLATINUM unit. Set-up took a bit more $$$ as I decided to modify gun with the 3M PPS. I had decided on a HVLP system based my needs and then selected this unit following my research. Overall, the unit worked great, was easy to use and final results were excellent!! I spray painted 2 long shaker doors and trim panels I built for a custom closet. This was actually my first time ever using a spray gun system and to be honest, I was a bit nervous/intimidated. I relied on the Fuji Instructional videos and other tutorials to help me get started. For this job, I used Sherwin Williams Urethane Trim Enamel for the topcoat + prepared everything with 2 coats of Bin Shellac base Primer. Only tricky part for the topcoat was properly diluting the paint for it to properly atomize. Clean up was a breeze too especially with the 3M PPS mods. Overall, very happy with the purchase and I'm confident this will serve me well for many years to come.

Great system

I did a fair amount of research before purchasing the mini mite 4, most of the reviews I saw were very positive so I decided to purchase one. I have had a good chance to use it now, and it is AMAZING! My previous system was an Earlex Spray Station HV5500 which I was very happy with but had grown out of it. The difference between the Earlex and Fuji is HUGE! My only negative is that the whip hose is not included and must be purchased separately. I cannot see how you could possibly use the gun without it. It should be part of the package. If you decide to purchase the mini mite 4 or any of the other fuji sprayers, be sure to purchase the whip hose. I am extremely happy with the ease of use, easy to clean and amazing finish that it is capable of. I highly recommend this system to ALL. Very happy customer
