Tunic Dress Stretch Twill Royal Stewart with Black Velvet Trim

Not as expected

Material was thick and seemed washed. I see that it is in the description but definitely not what I expected. The inside lining did not lay right. Was looking forward to wearing this during the holidays and excited to receive but knew it was going to be a return as soon as I opened the package.
