Terrific personalized bag

Originally I ordered the standard monogram but with TIA as the initials since I prefer putting my name instead of initials. I got a personal call and follow up text from Dana with suggested fonts to use instead of the standard one. I'm thrilled that she took the time to follow up and make sure how I wanted the monogram and that she would even make suggestions on other font styles, let alone right near the holidays. I absolutely love the bag, get so many compliments on it, and people are always impressed to hear how the personalization came about. She's the epitome of true customer service!
