Great knife

Great slicing knife! Clean, beautiful and sharp.

I own another Shogun Series knife and love it. Though I've only used this knife once, I expected it to be a little sharper. I used it to slice a tri tip this evening (it's maiden voyage) and felt like my Delta Wolf Series 10"Chef Knife would have done as well if not better. Makes me wish I would have saved some money and bought the Delta Wolf Slicer instead.
