Fix for nighttime mouth breathing

Of course, like anyone, I was hesitant to consider placing anything over my mouth at night. Especially, since my nasal passages tend to be stuffy, even after using nasal sprays just before bedtime. But I had started using a breathing strip placed over the bridge of the nose using adhesive magnets and that had been working well. So, the next step was to stop the mouth breathing that resulted in the "snorking" reactions (that's a new word, but people that experience it know what I mean) that occurred at night, as well as dry mouth and sore throat. I was pleased at the effectiveness of the mouth tape - its ease of application and removal and the overall results. I look a little weird going to bed at night with both of these items attached to my face, but the results are certainly worth it. The first few nights I sometimes removed the mouth tape almost unconsciously, but now when I wake up in the morning I can hardly tell that it is still there - completely attached to my mouth opening.

I’ve been using these strips for a few years. Started with when I got my Cpap but now I’m not using the cpap just the strips. Once when I was away I ran out and had to buy something from the drugstore. Which worked fine til I had to remove it in the morning. Sticky residue was near impossible to remove: soap and water, moisturizer, alcohol Yuck. Dominic are great! easy on easy off, I can even remove it during the night to get a drink and then reapply and it stays!
