This Eye Creame, is Great! I'm trying to be Consistent in using it, to obtain the Maximum Results! Will continue using it.

Too watery

It’s not a cream,!it’s a serum.it’s so watery it doesn’t feel like you can put much on. I don’t think it’s effective.
