Disappointed with the product and services

I wrote the message below to lifeplus via email, WhatsApp, online chat, two/three weeks ago but never hear from them. I am unhappy with the item and services. It's quite difficult to put the bucket in. I had to use a bit of force to squeeze it in. Once in, the bucket is a bit out of shape (oval) and end up the cover cannot fully cover the bucket because the bucket is no more round but oval. Is this normal?
