Berry Sour Berry Nice

I've used the Philly sour to brew a wheat based blueberry which was great. Now trying the same with a pilsener and raspberries. Important to know you need two of these sachets per brew but at BeerCo's prices that's not an issue.

Not bad

Can’t complain, definitely delivered a sour beer and made the sour brewing process much easier. However is not a replacement for a proper kettle sour, slightly off flavour and as a result of souring post hopping, you end up with much different hop flavour than you might expect.

Great to make sour beer without the hassle
