Hooray for Bourre! This stuff packs the pure zest of a Louisiana crawfish boil in bottle form. Delicious layering of spicy cayenne, tones of citrus, onions, celery, corn and taters mingling in absolute Cajun flavor harmony. The aroma transported me straight to a backyard bayou boil, minus the sweaty shellfish work. The heat is mild (not really medium like label says) — warms rather than scorches — allowing the nuanced seasoning blend to shine. Even my spice-averse daughter was going back for more drenched drumsticks! I could see this elevating boring frozen pizza or fancying up a craft bloody Mary cocktail

Great flavor, a very unique idea, but this is not a hot sauce, it’s not hot at all. Perhaps offer it in different heat levels?? Love the logo, will order a tshirt soon.
