How Sente Cleanser works with facial meds

I like this cleaner's moisturizing feel but wondering about how this will work long term. I had been a satisfied user for many years of Cetaphil's Foaming Face Cleanser for redness, since I have Rosacea. So I need more time to observe how Sente cleanser compares and works with my prescription meds applied after cleaning (e. g. , Azelaic Acid).

Very nice texture. Fragrance free and nourishing no foam cleanser
